We are pleased to announce that the 2011 Coburg Club Road Champs will be taking place at 10am on Sat 15 October.

To make the race safe for everyone, we are asking for volunteers to act as Corner Marshalls and lead/follow car. If you can help us out, it would be greatly appreciated. Just reply to this email to volunteer.
Race Details
This year we are exploring an iconic route through the Kinglake area.
The race will begin at the Whittlesea Showgrounds, with sign-on starting at around 9.30am.
The race will then proceed under control south along to Plenty Rd to Arthur’s Creek Rd. The racing starts as we head east on Arthur’s Creek Rd. After passing through the Arthur’s Creek township, we turn left at Greens Rd and then right on to Cottles Bridge-Strathewen Rd. We follow Strathewen Rd south to meet the Hurtsbridge-Kinglake Rd, where we turn left and head north through St Andrews and up the Kinglake climb. We continue onwards through Kinglake and across to Kinglake West, where we turn left on to the Whittlesea Rd for the descent. Finally, we turn left into Humevale Rd just after the descent and finish in Humevale (before the climb).
Maps will be provided shortly. The total distance is approximately 64kms.
