DECISIONS:
D1. Free Club and Support memberships and Free entry to Coburg Club events
D2. Discounted $5 entry fee for non-members entering Coburg Club events
D3. Reduced prize value for Crits
D4. Gravel ride options to continue with Warrandyte if feasible for Sam
D5. Total 6 Road crits for the summer 2026/27 first Saturday of the month starting 4/10
D6. Expanding VE Events and Promoting External Venue Hires will not be pursued at this stage
D7. Decide the 2026 AGM Date (Nov or Dec) in next committee meeting in August.

A6. Explore opportunity for Brunswick CC to run Track events [Rae]

A8. Reconnect with Peter Khalil, the Labor Member for the House of Representatives around sponsorship opportunities [Paul]
A9. Organise G-Drive walk-through and plan clean-up and list of processes [Ali]
A10. Setup next committee meeting (last meeting before Crits start) on August 13 or 18 [Ali]
