Coburg CC will be hosting a get together for this year’s RUOK Day.
Departing the club at 6pm On the 13th September for a short ride and returning at around 6:30-7pm for a BBQ dinner. Everyone is welcome to attend either just the ride, just the dinner, or both! Facebook event can be found here.
RUOK day is a day that reminds us to check on our friends, family, and those around us by asking- ‘are you okay?’
The club is passionate about promoting positive mental health and supporting its members to reach out, so come and join us for an evening of cycling, conversation, and camaraderie!
